The company conducts on-site practical training for welding

As the company gradually obtains multiple international steel structure production standard certifications, the number of projects with high standards, high requirements and high technical complexity is increasing day by day. To meet the needs of the company's transformation and upgrading and comprehensively enhance the overall level of the welding process, on August 31st, the company specially invited a welding expert who had won the first prize in an international welding competition to conduct on-site practical operation training.

This training adopts the approach of "hands-on demonstration + defect case breakdown", directly imparting standardized operation procedures and emergency handling methods to front-line welders, providing more precise welding parameter solutions, effectively reducing welding operation time and enhancing production efficiency. Meanwhile, experts also taught the scientific usage skills of consumables such as welding wire and shielding gas, reducing material waste from the source and lowering the welding cost per unit product. Such "practical technology input" helps the production plant quickly break through the existing process bottlenecks, achieve the dual goals of "quality improvement" and "cost control", thereby comprehensively enhancing the welding technology level of all staff and better meeting the manufacturing demands of international high-end products.
